For help with bookmarks:
- Firstly, open the TS3 client
- Then select Tools -> Options
- Click on the myTeamspeak tab and if you haven't already done this, log into your myTeamSpeak account in the normal manner.
- Great! You're logged in. Next, just below where you signed in, you should see "myTeamSpeak Account Features". Make sure "synchronization" is active.
- Press the OK button
- Next, visit Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks
- In there you should see "Local Bookmarks" and "Synchronized Bookmarks" on the left hand side. (Just In case you only see one section on the left hand side when you enter this area of the client, there should be 3 dots either on the top or the bottom of this section. Click and drag this to the middle of the area and let go for more than one section to appear properly so you can make the needed changes).
- For the Bookmark(s) or Folder(s) you want to share with TeamSpeak V5, you can either right click and select "Move to synchronized" or you can click and drag these to the "Synchronized Bookmarks" area.
- Now they should appear at the top in the "Synchronized Bookmarks" section and now this should import correctly to TeamSpeak V5.
For help with your identities (repeat steps 1-5 from above firstly and then):
- Select Tools -> Identities
- In there you should see "Local Identities" and "Synchronized Identities" on the left hand side. (Just In case you only see one section on the left hand side when you enter this area of the client, there should be 3 dots either on the top or the bottom of this section. Click and drag this this to the middle of the area and let go for more than one section to appear properly so you can make the needed changes).
- For the Identities that you want to share with TeamSpeak V5, you can either right click and select "Move to synchronized" or you can click and drag these to the "Synchronized Identities" area.
- Now they should appear at the top in the "Synchronized Identities" section and now this should import correctly to TeamSpeak V5.
Extra tips: An additional thing you can do is repeat this again with Hotkeys and Whisper lists as well if you wanted to do these as well.
Also, the above instructions might not show for you properly if you are using a custom theme as some creators delete or remove certain aspects of the client to suit the skin. In order to follow the above guide, you can either temporarily disable your preferred skin so you have the default client available to you, or if you enable/click "expert", this also enables the local bookmarks which avoids needing to temporarily disable your preferred theme.
