How do I move my unique identity to another computer or create a backup?

You can export an identity in the identity manager dialog in the TeamSpeak 3 client. This file can then be moved to another computer and then imported in the identity manager there, or serve as a backup file in case your TeamSpeak 3 client configuration directory is ever lost or destroyed.
