I have an active Non-profit license (NPL) and I am not currently using all 2 virtual servers nor all 512 slots. Am i allowed to host my spare virtual servers or slots to other friends clans/guilds or organizations?

No you can't.

A Non-Profit License (NPL) is reserved for one person representing or operating a single non-profit project. Therefore sharing your "spare" NPL slots or virtual servers with entities outside of your project is forbidden.
