No you can't.
A Non-Profit License (NPL) is designed for non-profit organizations such as online gaming clans, guilds, study groups, or special interest groups. In addition, an NPL must pertain to only one individual representing a single organization, utilizing just one static IP address for their physical or virtual server where TeamSpeak will be hosted (There are NO exceptions).
